Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Eloura, we strive to deliver high-quality services to our customers. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refund Policy

We generally do not offer refunds. However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

1.1 Refund Eligibility

A refund may be granted only if:

  • You request a cancellation at least 48 hours after the time of deposit payment.

  • We are unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.

  • The service was not provided as agreed, and we have failed to resolve the issue.

1.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The service has started or been completed.

  • You cancel 48 hours after time of deposit paid.

  • You change your mind on the day of the booking.

  • You fail to provide necessary access or respond in a timely manner.

  • The issue is due to factors beyond our control (e.g., internet issues on your end).

2. Ongoing Service Charges & Extensions

  • Once you purchase a time-based service (e.g., 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and do not allow us to remove the service at the agreed end time, you will be charged by the minute for the extra time.

  • The additional charge will be £1 per minute, and this amount will be invoiced to you.

  • If you anticipate needing extra time, please contact us in advance to arrange an extension.

3. Cancellations & Modifications

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at info@eloura.studio at least 72 hours before the service start time.

  • Once work has started, cancellations may not be possible or may be subject to a partial refund (at our discretion).

  • Modifications to your booking must be requested in advance and may incur additional fees.

4. Processing Time for Refunds

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

  • Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
